...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of western Siskiyou
County through 545 PM PDT...

At 519 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles east of Dillon Creek Campground, or 13 miles south of Happy
Camp. This storm was nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph, heavy rain, and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of western Siskiyou
County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Heavy rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding of smaller drainages. Do not drive your vehicle
across flooded roadways.
