.Synopsis for Eastern North Carolina coastal waters...
Benign boating conditions continue into Saturday morning as high
pressure keeps winds generally light and seas around 1-2 ft. A
cold front moves through the area on Saturday with a modest
northerly surge of wind behind it. Southerly flow then briefly
returns on Sunday as a weak area of low pressure moves through
ENC. Another northerly surge, this one stronger, then comes Monday
into Tuesday as the low, and another cold front, move offshore.
Northeasterly flow then continues for much of next week.
