.Synopsis for Eastern North Carolina coastal waters...
Unsettled weather over area waters, especially later tonight, as
front stalls in the vicinity of Cape Hatteras. Front will remain a
focus for thunderstorms through tomorrow. Varying wind directions
can be expected in the vicinity of the front. A more dominant
southerly flow develops tomorrow as the front lifts north of the
area. Another cold front moves through the area late Sunday. This
will be followed by a period of light winds and reduced seas early
next week.
