Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern North Carolina
National Weather Service Newport/Morehead City NC
319 AM EDT Sun Jun 15 2025

.DISCUSSION....
A moist and unstable airmass looks supportive of a continued higher
than normal risk of thunderstorms and wetting rainfall over the next
couple of days. In light of this, fire concerns are expected to
remain at a minimum through early this week.
