.DISCUSSION...
High pres continues through Fri with dry weather. Winds and
increasing RH will be low, which should keep fire concerns low.
However, this will also bring an increased risk for fog across ENC
each night into Sat. Winds become SWerly Fri ahead of the next
front. This front arrives this weekend and brings periods of
widespread beneficial rain to ENC. Dry weather then returns for
the beginning of the work week.
