Increasing Serly winds bring higher moisture content (increasing
MinRHS, low 40%s inland) and heat this afternoon (MaxTs in low 90s
away from immediate coast. Fire concerns remain low. A cold front
arrives SAT and brings periods of widespread beneficial rain to
ENC. A secondary cold front crossing the FA MON leads to a period
of dry high pressure with NEerly flow regime into midweek.
