.DISCUSSION...
A sea breeze will kick winds up a bit this afternoon out of the
southeast over the fire area, but speeds will be less than around
10 mph. Overnight tonight, a strong inversion will develop once
again with winds becoming calm. The threat for dense fog will
increase, especially if there is enough smoke production during
the rest of the day today due to a combination of settling smoke
and developing fog. Visibilities may drop to a quarter mile or
less, peaking around sunrise Thursday. Inversion should begin to
lift between 0900 and 1000, with visibilities greatly improving
after around that time.
