Winds will be light and variable over the next couple of days.
However, in general the flow will be easterly today, then
southeasterly on Wednesday. Despite deep mixing, winds in the
mixed layer will be very weak which will keep vent rates lower.
Conditions appear supportive of reduced visibility and fog
tonight into Wednesday morning.
