Dry conditions and gusty northwest winds today will make it easier
for any fires that develop to spread.

Very cold conditions are expected tonight with temperatures falling
into the low 20s, which may threaten the integrity of poorly
insulated infrastructure.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Saturday through Thursday.

Very cold conditions are expected Saturday morning with temperatures
falling into the upper teens to low 20s, which may threaten the
integrity of poorly insulated infrastructure.

A coastal storm is looking increasingly likely late Monday into
Tuesday. The potential for strong winds, combined with king tides,
may pose a coastal flooding risk to vulnerable areas of the Outer
Banks.
