This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for eastern North Carolina.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Dry conditions and gusty northwest winds Friday will make it easier
for any fires that develop to spread.

Very cold conditions are expected Saturday morning with lows in the
low 20s to upper 10s, which may threaten the integrity of poorly
insulated infrastructure.

A coastal storm is possible late Tuesday into Wednesday. The increase
of winds, combined with king tides, pose a coastal flooding risk to
vulnerable areas of the Outer Banks.
