At 400 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated clusters of showers and
thunderstorms, capable of producing winds to around 30 knots and
possible waterspouts.

Locations impacted include...
Oriental, Mid Point Of Cherry Branch-Minnesott Beach Ferry Terminal,
The Mouth Of The Neuse River, The Vicinity Of Adams Creek, The
Vicinity Of South River, Hobucken, The Vicinity Of Bath Creek, and
The Vicinity Of Pamlico Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
