...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM THIS EVENING
TO 3 AM EST SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Northeast winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts to 25 kt and seas
  4 to 7 ft expected.

* WHERE...The coastal waters from Duck to Oregon Inlet.

* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 3 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strengthening northeasterly winds are
  expected to develop this evening as a cold front moves through.
  These winds will then remain elevated into Friday evening as low
  pressure moves along the stalling frontal boundary. A period of
  elevated seas is expected to accompany the northeasterly winds.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
