MONDAY...

* WHAT...Northeast winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt and
  seas 4 to 6 ft expected.

* WHERE...The coastal waters from Ocracoke Inlet to Surf City.

* WHEN...From 11 AM Sunday to 11 PM EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...An area of low pressure is forecast to pass
  south of the area over the weekend and into early next week.
  North of the track of the low, a period of elevated winds and
  seas is expected Sunday through Monday.
