* WHAT...Northeast winds 25 to 35 mph with some higher gusts
  expected.

* WHERE...Hatteras Island and Ocracoke Island. For Eastern Carteret,
  areas immediately adjacent to southern Pamlico Sound and Core
  Sound.

* WHEN...From 8 PM Tuesday to 8 PM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
