* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE...A portion of eastern North Carolina.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your headlights and fog lights if
equipped,  do not use your high-beams, and leave plenty of distance
ahead of you.
