  S of Ocracoke Inlet NC to Cape Lookout NC out to 20 nm...

* Until 415 PM EDT.

* At 314 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located near The Vicinity Of Cedar Island, or near
  Cedar Island, moving southeast at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Ar255, Ar250, Ocracoke Inlet, Cedar Island, and The Vicinity Of
  Cedar Island.
