* Special Marine Warning for...
  Pamlico and Pungo Rivers...

* Until 545 PM EDT.

* At 505 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located over The Vicinity Of Belhaven, or 10 nm
  east of Bath. The severe thunderstorm was nearly stationary.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  The Vicinity Of Slades Creek and The Vicinity Of Belhaven.
