WESTERN PITT AND WESTERN MARTIN COUNTIES THROUGH 545 PM EDT...

At 500 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Bethel to near La Grange. These storms
were nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Greenville, Kinston, Williamston, Farmville, La Grange, Bethel,
Stokes, Snow Hill, Bell Arthur, Robersonville, House, Bruce,
Institute, Jason, Maury, Ormondsville, Roundtree, Lizzie, Pitt
Greenville Airport, and Dowdy Ficklen Stadium.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
