...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL CRAVEN...SOUTH CENTRAL
BEAUFORT AND PAMLICO COUNTIES THROUGH 700 PM EST...

At 610 PM EST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Olympia, or 9 miles northeast of James City, moving southeast at 30
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
New Bern, Cayton, Florence, Olympia, Janeiro, Grantsboro,
Whortonsville, Maribel, Nc Pamlico, Merritt, Fairfield Harbour,
Bayboro, Alliance, Arapahoe, Bridgeton, Stonewall, and Vandemere.
