...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EASTERN GREENE AND CENTRAL PITT
COUNTIES THROUGH 730 PM EDT...

At 704 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Pitt Greenville Airport, or near Greenville, moving south at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Greenville, Winterville, Bell Arthur, House, Black Jack, Bruce,
Roundtree, East Carolina University, Pitt Greenville Airport, Dowdy
Ficklen Stadium, and Simpson.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
