* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northwestern Jones County in eastern North Carolina...
  Central Lenoir County in eastern North Carolina...
  West central Craven County in eastern North Carolina...

* Until 645 PM EDT.

* At 553 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Phillips
  Crossroads, or 13 miles southeast of Kinston, and is nearly
  stationary.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Kinston, Phillips Crossroads, Pleasant Hill, Wyse Fork, Dover, and
  Cove City.
