...The National Weather Service in Milwaukee/Sullivan WI has issued
a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Wisconsin...

  Black Earth Creek At Black Earth affecting Dane County.

.Heavy rain has ended, but river levels continue to rise at this
time.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

The next statement will be issued Sunday morning at 1145 AM CDT.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING TO EARLY TOMORROW
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Black Earth Creek at Black Earth.

* WHEN...From this evening to early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 5.8 feet, Flooding effects are confined mainly to
  lowland and agricultural land. This level is the 10 percent chance
  flood meaning there is a 10 percent chance in any given year of
  the river reaching this level.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 5.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 5.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 11:00 PM CDT Saturday was 5.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 5.6
    feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
    flood stage just after midnight tonight.
  - Flood stage is 5.5 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    5.7 feet on 07/25/1985.
