.Flooding on area roadways and in low-lying areas continues to
impacts southeastern Rock County and southwestern Walworth County
through the remainder of the evening. This areal flood warning will
replace the previous flash flood warnings.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 1030 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Wisconsin,
  including the following counties, in south central Wisconsin,
  Rock. In southeast Wisconsin, Walworth.

* WHEN...Until 1030 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
  remain closed due to flooding. Expect many areas of slow moving or
  standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 750 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the
    warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 3 and 5
    inches of rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Elkhorn, Delavan, Williams Bay, Walworth, Clinton, Fontana-
    On-Geneva Lake, Sharon, Darien, Como, Allens Grove, Delavan
    Lake, Avalon and Foxhollow.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
