.DISCUSSION...
Very warm and humid with southerly winds today resulting in high
min RH values exceeding 60%. Line of thunderstorms with moderate
to heavy rainfall expected to work its way across southern and
central WI this afternoon and early evening. Strong to severe
thunderstorms possible with damaging winds. Cold front front moves
through this evening bringing northerly winds and drier/cooler
airmass for Thursday.
