.DISCUSSION...
Low clouds and drizzle are developing and moving into Wisconsin
this evening. Drizzle will continue into Tuesday morning with a
brief break in the precipitation expected late morning into the
afternoon hours. A cold front will pass late Tuesday afternoon
into Tuesday evening bringing additional rainfall. As
precipitation lingers behind the passing cold front into
Wednesday morning, there will be a gradual change over to light
scattered snow showers. Minimum RH values will remain elevated
around 60 to 80 percent through Wednesday due to the ongoing
precipitation. Southerly to southwest winds will persist through
Tuesday before shifting to northwesterly behind the front.
Wednesday through Thursday northwest to west northwest winds
will become gusty with gusts of 30 to 40 PM possible.
