.DISCUSSION...
Very warm and humid conditions today resulting in min RHs ranging
from 45-60 percent. Mixing heights once again look to exceed 4kft
for area west of the Kettle Moraine with lower values east. South
to southwest winds expected today, but a lake breeze will bring a
brief period of gusty southeasterly winds to the lakeshore areas.
Then shower and thunderstorm chances increase into Wednesday.
