.DISCUSSION...
Low clouds over east central and southeast Wisconsin will
gradually scatter out through the afternoon as southeast winds
increase and drier air mixes into the region. Minimum RH values
will be around 40 percent in south central WI and near 65 percent
toward east central. The RH values will continue to be higher near
the lake on Monday due to onshore winds. Inland area RH values
will be 40 to 50 percent. There is a chance (20-30 percent) of
light rain showers during the overnight and Monday morning hours.
