Winds will diminish early this evening, with light and variable
winds expected overnight and for much of Monday.  A rain/snow mix,
changing to snow in many locations, is expected for Monday night and
early Tuesday, with light, slushy accumulations possible in
some locations.  Cool and showery weather is expected Tuesday, with
temperatures returning to around average for the end of the
week.
