.DISCUSSION...
Breezy southwest winds are expected to ease a bit tonight,
becoming westerly overnight, and then northwesterly during the
day on Wednesday. Winds will remain elevated through this time,
with gusts to 25 mph overnight, and then winds increasing with
gusts to 30 mph during the day on Wednesday. Conditions will be
dry, with min RH values in the 40 to 50% range. Highs in the upper
40s to near 50.
