.DISCUSSION...

Breezy east-northeast winds and scattered rain continue through
this evening as low pressure moves to the southeast of the area.
The expected could bring up to a 0.25" of additional rainfall to
locations southwest of Madison, with areas along & north of I-94
favored for slightly higher totals in the 0.5-1.0" range.
Conditions will gradually dry out from north to south Thursday
morning, with a predominantly rain-free forecast expected by
Thursday afternoon. Well below normal temperatures will continue
through Thursday, with a gradual warming trend beginning late this
week through the holiday weekend. Additional rain chances return
to southern Wisconsin Sunday into Monday.
