Accumulating snow will occur this morning. The snow will change
over to rain by midday and taper off through late afternoon. Very
strong west to northwest winds are expected today.

Clouds and brisk northwest winds will linger through Friday, with
afternoon mixing heights around 2500 ft and RH values in the 70
percent range.
