.DISCUSSION...
This will be the final Fire Weather Planning Forecast for the
2025 fire weather season. These forecasts will resume in Spring
2026.
A cold front will move southeast through the area late tonight
into Wednesday morning. A round of light snow is expected along
and ahead of the front, with any accumulations under one inch.
Southwest winds ahead of the front will shift northwest behind it
by Wednesday afternoon and linger into Wednesday night.
Winds will shift to the southwest and south and become lighter on
Thursday, as high pressure passes by to the southwest of the
area. Cold temperatures are expected Wednesday night into Thursday
night. Minimum relative humidity values will be generally above
60 percent Wednesday and Thursday.
