.DISCUSSION...
An upper disturbance and accompanying are approaching southern
Wisconsin early this morning, with shower and isolated
thunderstorm chances increasing through daybreak. Rain will
continue into this afternoon, with conditions drying out tonight
as the aforementioned cold front departs and drier air arrives.
Rainfall totals are expected to remain generally in the 0.1-0.5"
range, with locally higher pockets of 0.5-0.75"+ totals where any
isolated thunderstorms track. Rain-free conditions prevail through
the day on Thursday. Shower and isolated storm chances return late
Thursday night into Friday morning ahead of the next upper
disturbance.
