.DISCUSSION...

Areas under clear skies tonight will have low clouds and fog
early this morning. Fog could become dense in a few areas and
lead to some freezing fog. Any dense freezing fog could lead
to slick spots on elevated surfaces. Dry conditions and light
winds are expected through the day as high pressure thats
overhead moves east into Michigan by this afternoon. Winds take
on a southerly component by this afternoon/evening. Minimum RH
values will remain elevated in the 60s to 70s today due to the
high dewpoints and overcast skies. Rain chances for Thursday
have decreased to 10%, so while conditions may stay dry minimum
RH values are expected to be impacted much remaining in the 60s.
Southerly winds will increase and become a bit breezy on
Thursday and low pressure passes to our north and a cold front
passes through Wisconsin. Winds will turn to northwesterly
behind the cold front Thursday night.
