.DISCUSSION...

A sfc ridge of high pressure is expected to pass over southern Wisconsin
this afternoon, providing light and variable winds that will then become
southeasterly this evening over the burn site. While conditions should
be moslty sunny to start the burn, the light winds are expected to limit
mixing heights to 2500 ft amid poor smoke dispersal. With the recent dry
conditions, min RH values will be between 30 to 35%. Clouds will increase
late this afternoon, with rain to a rain/snow mix expected overnight into
tomorrow.
