.DISCUSSION...

Expect overcast conditions to continue today amid high RH values given
overnight snow. Winds will be out of the southwest today, gusting
between 20 to 25 mph this morning but easing to between 10 to 15 mph this
afternoon. Mixing heights will be low between 1000 to 2000 ft. This,
combined with the wind speeds, will lead to fair smoke dispersal.

The burn site looks to be in a wooded area, but winds may advect smoke
over Old Marsh Road and the Red Fox Nature Trail.

                    late in the afternoon. Chance of snow late in
                    the afternoon.
