Partly cloudy skies should linger for most of the rest of the
afternoon at the burn site. Temperatures should rise from the
lower 50s at ignition to the middle 50s for highs by 4 PM CDT this
afternoon. Light southwest winds should become south during the
afternoon, then shift southeast after 6 PM CDT this evening.

Relative humidity values should drop into the 35 to 40 percent
range by middle afternoon, and may drop to as low as 32 percent.
Mixing heights around 3000 feet AGL are anticipated, with smoke
dispersal values of 27000 to 29000 or fair.
