.DISCUSSION...

Light northwest winds will continue to diminish throughout the morning
becoming light and variable this afternoon, around 1 to 4 PM, then become
light southeasterly by this evening. Under the influence of high pressure
through this afternoon mixing heights will be around 1.5 to 2.5 thousand
feet with light transport winds. Minimum RH values are expected to fall
into the low 30s. If dewpoints drop a degree or two this afternoon then
minimum RH values could drop into the upper 20s. A wintry mix of rain and
snow will move in late this evening. Precipitation will continue through
the overnight hours and into Tuesday.
