.DISCUSSION...
Another day of substantial mixing is expected. Early morning cloud
cover will exit by the late morning hours leaving sunny skies with
mixing heights up to 3000 ft with good smoke dispersal. Winds
will gradually turn southwest to southeast over the course of the
day but remain fairly light with a bit of a breeze in the
afternoon. Min RH will be around 30% but some guidance suggests RH
could fall as low as 25% by the early to mid afternoon and will
actually start to increase by the late afternoon. The lowest RHs
will be only present for a couple hours.
