...GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM THURSDAY TO MIDNIGHT
CST THURSDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...For the Storm Watch, west winds 35 to 45 kt with gusts
  up to 50 kt and waves 16 to 21 ft possible. For the Gale
  Warning, northwest winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 45 kt
  and waves 13 to 18 ft expected.

* WHERE...Southern Two Thirds of the Open Waters of Lake
  Michigan.

* WHEN...For the Storm Watch, from Wednesday morning through
  late Wednesday night. For the Gale Warning, from 3 AM Thursday
  to midnight CST Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous waves which
  could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should prepare to remain in port, alter course, and/or
secure the vessel for severe conditions before conditions
deteriorate.
