.SYNOPSIS...A slow-moving front and weak low pressure system will
slowly drift south of the waters by midweek. Poor to hazardous
boating conditions remain through late tonight north of Cape
Canaveral. Sufficient moisture will continue to support scattered
showers and isolated lightning storms through at least Thursday.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...Northeast winds around 20 knots with
occasional gusts near Gale Force across the Volusia waters. Seas
5 to 8 feet north of Cape Canaveral.
