.SYNOPSIS...Tropical Storm Bertha will move gradually westward
along to just south of the northern Gulf Coast through midweek,
as high pressure over the Atlantic expands across the waters.
Onshore winds slacken through mid to late week before becoming
offshore this weekend. Drier air will keep mostly dry conditions
across the waters through Thursday, with an increase in showers
and storms late this week and into the weekend.
