.SYNOPSIS...Poor boating conditions linger across the local waters
today and into Sunday. High pressure over the Mid-Atlantic states
will allow moderate onshore flow to persist this weekend and into
Monday, with conditions gradually improving. Another cold front
approaches the waters on Tuesday. There is a low chance for rain
showers.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...East-northeast winds 15 to 20 knots and seas
4 to 6 feet.
