.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the eastern US extends over
Florida, as a weak frontal boundary remains generally stationary
across the local waters through the weekend. Boating conditions
improve through late week as as seas decline and winds slacken.
Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms through the
period.
