.SYNOPSIS...The Atlantic high gradually builds back toward
Florida today, as low pressure departs westward along the
northeast Gulf coast. Higher rain and storm coverage is forecast
through Thursday. A more typical summertime pattern then returns
late week with decreasing rain chances.
