.SYNOPSIS...The Atlantic ridge axis to the east-southeast of the
local Atlantic waters today is expected to remain there before
building west towards the area on Friday. West to southwest
surface winds are expected, with south to southeast afternoon sea
breezes near the coast each day of 10 knots. Shower and lightning
storm chances will be below normal into this weekend. However, any
storms will be capable of strong wind gusts.
