.SYNOPSIS...Seas remain poor in the Gulf Stream and choppy closer
to shore. Winds and seas begin to increase again late Thursday as
a cold front approaches from the northwest, stalling near the
local Atlantic waters Friday. A low pressure system is forecast to
develop close to the local waters and track north this weekend,
further deteriorating boating conditions. Scattered onshore-moving
showers and a few storms are forecast to increase in coverage
from Thursday into Friday.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...Seas 4 to 6 feet and northeast winds around
15 knots overnight.
