.SYNOPSIS...Poor to hazardous conditions across the local
Atlantic will continue to gradually improve tonight and into
Friday. Mostly dry weather is forecast overall as high pressure
builds to the north of the waters over the southeastern US.
However, an isolated onshore-moving shower cannot be ruled out
this weekend, especially south of the Cape before rain and
lightning storm chances increase into next week.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots. Seas 6 to
7 feet.
