.SYNOPSIS...High pressure along the eastern seaboard shifts
gradually southward through late week. A fresh onshore breeze
will continue poor to hazardous boating conditions across the
local waters today. Winds and seas then subside late week into the
weekend, but shower and storm chances increase.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots, with seas
of 6 to 7 feet.
