.SYNOPSIS...High pressure builds along the eastern seaboard into
mid week. Onshore flow increases late today and especially into
Wednesday, becoming fresh to locally strong. Hazardous boating
conditions are expected, and a Small Craft Advisory spreads
southward across the local Atlantic waters late tonight into
Wednesday. Winds and seas gradually subside late week, but high
rain and storm chances persist.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...East-northeast winds increasing 15 to 25
knots late tonight into Wednesday, building seas 6 to 8 feet.
