.SYNOPSIS...Boating conditions begin to improve late this week,
but are forecast to remain poor to hazardous into next week,
especially in the Gulf Stream. A low pressure system over the
Bahamas is forecast to split, with the stronger closed low lifting
away to the northeast, and the weaker open trough sliding west
over South Florida to the Straits of Florida. High pressure over
the Deep South is reinforced, building the southern flank of the
high over Central Florida. Fresh onshore flow diminishes Thursday
and Friday, but then picks up again this weekend. Seas also
subside, but are forecast to remain poor to hazards this weekend
into early next week.

.GULF STREAM HAZARDS...Northeast winds 15 to 25 knots with gusts
of 30 to 35 knots. Seas 9 to 12 feet.
